Refund Policy

If one of our products doesn't meet your expectations we are happy to accept returns and offer a refund.

Products must be returned, unused, within 30 days of purchase. After we have received the item, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If you receive a product that is not as described or has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. It is also helpful if you can provide pictures of any damage or if you think you have received the wrong product.

In the case of items damaged or missing during shipping, a refund for those items will be provided. If you received the wrong items, you will be provided a return shipping label and a replacement order shipped at no cost to you.
